Our 1st Walkabout

Having been 'guests' (for that read parasites) of Paul and Sharon for the last month, it was time to set off on our first solo adventure, in search of our new home. Our fiirst port of call was to be Port Macquirie, (excuse the pun) about 400 ks up the coast And so we set sail oops off.

On the way up we had a slight detour to Port Stevens:

Not a bad little place, but we couldn't afford the mooring fee let alone the house costs so onwards to 'The Port'. So here are a few sea-scapes:
Lin just can't miss the military bit, bloody cabbage:
Back to the sea, and a few would be surfers, strange that you never get them on a run:
Got one:
And here is another beach lizard:And finally our first area viewing at Tumblegum, honestly we didn't make it up:

Glad to see things are progressing - even as slowly as they are. But you can't rush these things. There's me thinking that you were wealthy OAPs - sorry people who've taken a big step into the unknown with pension benefits.... :-). Only kidding, you're as old as you feel and I still think you two are in your mid 20s. Look forward to hearing from you again, look after yourselves. Miss you.
