2nd Trip Part Two

Here in Kiama there is an abundance of pelican birds always on the look out for a fish supper.

This one has decided he cannot wait for the scrapings off the plates and has caught his own fish, and that sea-gull had no chance.

Kiama is very scenic and we had many a walk along this path. Further on up the hill is a blowhole, but the waves were never big enough to get a picture.

Batemans Bay further down the coast.

This is above Port Macquarie, at South West Rocks. I love the view and what a beautiful beach, around the cove the waves were huge and plenty of surfers taking a chance at catching a wave.

Lake Cathie, pronounced Kat- Eye, we had our lunch here one Sunday. A great place for children to swim as there is a natural sand bank before the sea. Wished I had taken my cossie, could have managed to get a swim as the waves are always too high for me. Also afraid of Sharks!!!!!!!!!!

A blue tongued lizard who happened to walk in front of us in a park. They are quite cute and watch you for while before darting away.

A lazy Sunday afternoon just hanging out with the boys:

I did get a wave, just missed it with the camera though. There was a group of them just catching the wind and having a great time. Good free entertainment for us.
